This 27-key stunner on the rugged Greek island of Folegandros opened on May 23. The decor is stylishly pared back: natural materials and a pervasive, serene vibe reign. Sustainability and holistic wellness are top of mind. Spa treatments incorporate ancient Greek traditions and wild-harvested herbs.
