Terms & Conditions for Wine Tours and Experiences

By engaging Travel Concierge Of SB services with a credit card or deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment:

  • Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

  • In some cases, a credit card may be held on file as a deposit.

Charges and Additional Fees:

  • Upon completion of your tour, the final balance will be charged to the card on file.

  • Additional fees (e.g., out-of-area pick-up, special requests, extra hours) will be applied after the day of service unless paid in cash on the day of, including additional pickups for extra passengers.

Right to Refuse Service:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time if we feel our terms of service are being violated.

Tour Minimum and Gratuity:

  • There is a 6-hour minimum on wine tours, and an automatic gratuity of 20% is applied to all tours.

Damage Charges:

  • Any damage to the vehicle will result in a minimum cleaning/detailing fee of $500.

  • Lost revenue due to damage will be assessed if applicable.

We understand that plans may change, and flexibility is key. Please review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience:

  • Cancellation 14 Days or More in Advance: Full refund or reschedule with no additional charges.

  • Cancellation 7-13 Days in Advance: 50% refund or reschedule with no additional charges.

  • Cancellation Less Than 7 Days in Advance: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided due to the meticulous planning and reservations made for your exclusive experience.

Please note that in cases of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional situations, we are open to discussing individual circumstances to find the best possible solution for all parties involved. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Liability Waiver:

  • A release of liability waiver must be signed before any outdoor activity. One will be provided on the day of service.

Responsibility for Reservations:

  • Travel Concierge Of SB does not take ownership of your reservations or accommodations. Handle disputes or discrepancies for reservations made on your behalf.

Out-of-Area Pick-up Fee:

  • An out-of-area pick-up fee will be assessed for any pick-up outside of Santa Barbara County.

Age Requirement and Seat Belts:

  • Participants must be 21 years old or older for wine tours.

  • Every passenger must wear a seat belt; no exceptions.

Third-Party Services:

  • Wine Tasting Fees, Special Requests, and 3rd party vendors are your responsibility and to be handled on the day of service or in advance. Your credit card may be used per your request.

Disclaimer for Cancellation Fees:

  • Travel Concierge Of SB will not be held liable for cancellation fees from any wineries, 3rd party contracts, or fees associated with last-minute changes.

COVID-19 Terms & Conditions:

  • By purchasing or securing a product or service from Travel Concierge Of SB, you agree to hold us harmless from any liability related to alleged exposure, possible exposure, or contracting of the COVID-19 virus.

  • We take all reasonable sanitary procedures to prevent this, and you waive the right to pursue any future liability action in this area.

  • Each member of your group takes full responsibility for individual virus mitigation and prevention practices.
